Subscription Commission Program

Doll Clubs Will Earn For Their Treasury:

$5.00 for each new subscription sold
$2.50 for each extended subscription sold
(10 subscription minimum required to earn commission)

BONUS: On the anniversary date of an agreement in this program a club selling 100 or
more subscriptions during the previous 12-months will receive a BONUS CHECK of
$1.00 per subscription sold for their treasury. (No bonus paid if less than 100
subscriptions sold).

IMPORTANT FACTS ABOUT THIS PROGRAM

• Subscriptions must be submitted with the official "Doll Club Key" code as designated by the representative whom registers the club
• Subscriptions by club members can be received by mail, phone, or online submission
• A new subscription is defined as anyone who is not currently receiving Doll Castle News. An extended subscription is defined as a current subscriber who is currently receiving Doll Castle News
• Subscriptions will start with the next issue of Doll Castle News published after the date that the order is received
• Doll Club group orders, if paid by cash, should submit payment by their club check or club chairperson’s check. Do not send Doll Castle News cash through the mail
• For credit card orders of subscriptions, Doll Castle News only accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Expiration date and phone # MUST be included
• PayPal payment is accepted for subscriptions submitted online at www.dollcastlemagazine.com
• Clubs can request up to 50 complimentary copies of Doll Castle News per club event, to hand out as a gift to potential subscribers. These copies are to be used solely for shows, luncheons, and other club events
• Clubs can request an unlimited amount of subscription forms, to order Doll Castle News through regular mail, to hand out to potential subscribers. These forms are to be used for shows, luncheons, meetings and other club events
